At the beginning of the trail that leads to Ribeirão do Meio, Sossego Waterfall and Fumaça Waterfall below, is Canela Restaurant, a true gastronomic refuge located inside the charming Pousada Canto no Bosque, in the same space as the kiosk where guests' breakfast is served.

Open to the public, Canela is the ideal stop before or after your tour. Here, you can enjoy traditional and creative cuisine, featuring dishes made with fresh ingredients, many of which are harvested from the inn's own garden. We serve à la carte meals, starters, desserts, fresh juices, beers, wines, and signature drinks.

House Highlight:

Try our famous Escondidinho de Carne do Sol (Sun-dried Beef Escondidinho), made with mashed garden cassava, hand-shredded beef, crispy bacon, onions, and oven-baked cheese. A captivating combination of regional flavors.
