Cancellation:

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 7 days after the reservation/contracting date.

In case of cancellation after 7 days, the amount of the 1st daily rate will be charged.

No-Show Policy:

In case of no-show, the guest will be charged 100% of the total price.

Prepayment:

The guest can and will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the total price, within 8 days after booking/contracting.

Internet:

Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Policy Regarding Children and Extra Beds:

All children are welcome!

A child up to 4 years old, occupying the same bed as their parents, in a room with capacity for: 0 extra bed, there will be no charges!

A child from 5 years old is considered paying and will be charged for an extra bed in the room.

Parking:

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets:

All pets are welcome! There is an additional fee per pet of R$70 + R$30 per day if the pet must stay in the room while the owners go for walks.
